Charles W. Dunn, MD

Dr. Charles Dunn continues to be a leading vascular and general surgeon in Southwest Missouri. His standard of excellence matched with his compassion for patients has left a mark on innumerable people in need.

Dr. Dunn received his medical degree at Tulane University School of Medicine and completed his residency at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, Texas. He has been a practicing surgeon for 20 years, and was the Director of the Neuro Trama Intensive Care Unit at CoxHealth Systems. He currently is the Director of COD’s internationally accredited vascular lab, and he specializes in the treatment of varicose veins and vascular conditions.

Dr. Dunn’s work in the vascular lab gives patients access to same-day vascular services. Patients experience less pain and a quicker recovery through Dr. Dunn’s hands. He continues to make great strides in vascular surgeries and is looked upon as an expert with this kind of specialized surgery.
